1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on ClickVibe Media are digital in nature, including but not limited to eBooks, templates, software, AI reels, courses, and other downloadable content. As these are intangible products, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the digital product is delivered or accessed due to the nature of digital goods. Exceptions to this policy are made only in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues: If you face technical difficulties accessing or downloading the product, please contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will assist in resolving the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.
  • Corrupt or Incomplete Files: If the product file is corrupted or incomplete, we will provide a functional version of the product upon verification of the issue. It is not applicable for such as bonuses and for bundles.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same product, please contact us with proof, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund (in applicable cases), you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number, payment receipt).
  • Contact us within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • Describe the issue clearly, including screenshots if necessary.
